if you do not see your item please call our London office on +44 (0) 20 7859 4165. Alternatively, if you live in Dubai you can drop your item to our shop.

Once item is paid for we will call you to arrange a suitable time to collect your item

We will then send our “track and trace courier” to pick up your item to be customised. We can pick up from anywhere in the world.

Once your item is customised we will deliver your item back

Using our “track and trace” courier Delivery time is usually within 7 working days from receipt of item.
