The Commission

Every Sport Hands Out
the Same Silver Cup.

Tennis is decided in years, not sets — and a career deserves better than another engraved plate on another anonymous trophy. A gold racket is the object the winner actually recognises, because it is the shape they have held every day since they were seven.

Marking a win or a career?

Every racket is engraved to order — a player’s name, a tournament, a date, a club crest or a sponsor mark.

01 — The Piece

The 24K Gold Tennis Racket.

A full-size racket finished in genuine 24K gold — head, throat, shaft and every string — with the grip left dark as the single point of contrast. Ornamental detailing and precious-metal embellishment are applied by hand, and each piece is made individually on commission.

Gold All the Way
to the Strings.

Most “gold” rackets stop at the frame, because a string bed is the hardest part to finish and the easiest to skip — sixteen mains and nineteen crosses, every one of which has to take the finish evenly or the whole face looks patchy. Here the strings carry the gold too, which is why the face reads as a single sheet of metal rather than a gold hoop with wire in it.

02 — The Case

It Arrives in Its Own
Leather Case.

The racket is fitted into a flat black leather presentation case with gold latches, a carry handle and the gold LL monogram struck into the lid. It is designed to be opened in front of an audience — on a podium, at a dinner, across a boardroom table — and then to become the display stand the racket lives in afterwards.

Nothing about the presentation is generic packaging. The case is part of the commission, and it is the reason this piece works as an award rather than an ornament that needs a shelf found for it.

Whose Name
Goes On It?

An award is only an award once it says who won it. The engraving is agreed before the racket is finished, so the text sits in the gold rather than on a plate screwed to it.

The 24K Gold Tennis Racket by GoldPrivé — An Award Shaped Like the Game.

A trophy is a cup that could belong to any sport. A 24K gold tennis racket could only belong to one — which is why Leronza builds it under the GoldPrivé name as an award rather than as equipment.

What Is the 24K Gold Tennis Racket?

A full-size racket finished in genuine 24K gold across the head, throat, shaft and the entire string bed, with ornamental detailing and precious-metal embellishment applied by hand. Each one is engraved individually and delivered in a fitted black leather case with gold hardware and the gold LL monogram.

A Trophy, Not Playing Equipment

Leronza is direct about this: the racket is conceived as a trophy of achievement, and it is finished to be looked at rather than swung. Gold-finishing a string bed is what makes it beautiful and also what takes it out of play. Anyone selling a gold racket as a match-ready frame is selling something else.

Who It Is Made For

Club champions, tournament winners, retiring coaches, academy patrons and sponsors — the moments where a name and a date deserve to sit in gold. It is commissioned as a career award as often as a single-match prize, and it works in both cases because the object outlives the season.

The Case Is Half the Gift

Presentation matters more for an award than for anything else in the collection. The racket arrives already staged: a flat leather case that opens in front of a room, with the piece fitted inside it. There is no unboxing to manage and nothing to wrap, which is precisely why it suits a podium or a dinner.

Real 24K Gold, Certified

The finish is genuine 24K gold — 24ct gold in UK spelling — applied by hand in Dubai and certified on delivery, the same standard as the 24K gold golf clubs, the gold racing bike and every piece in the 24K gold luxury gifts collection. It is not gold-effect paint or anodising.

Commissioning One

Each racket is produced on demand in Dubai with the engraving text and finish agreed in advance, then cased and shipped fully insured with a Certificate of Authenticity, serial verification and aftercare through Leronza Care. Tournament quantities are arranged through corporate gifts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Considering the Gold Tennis Racket?

Can the racket be played with?

No — it is built as a trophy and display piece, not as playing equipment. The gold-finished string bed is what makes it beautiful and also what takes it out of play, and Leronza would rather say so than let you find out on court.

Are the strings really gold, or just the frame?

The strings carry the gold as well as the frame, throat and shaft. That is the detail that separates it from a gold-rimmed racket — the whole face reads as one metal surface.

Does it come with the leather case?

Yes. Every racket is delivered fitted into a flat black leather presentation case with gold latches, a carry handle and the gold LL monogram on the lid. The case is part of the commission, not optional packaging.

Can it be engraved with a name and date?

Yes — every racket is engraved individually. Player names, titles, tournament names, dates, club crests and sponsor marks are all engraved into the piece before it is finished.

Is it a full-size racket?

Yes, it is a full-size racket rather than a miniature or a plaque — which is what gives it presence on a wall or a stand and makes it recognisable across a room.

How is it displayed once it arrives?

Most owners keep it in the open case, which doubles as a stand and protects the finish. It can equally be wall-mounted; ask us before drilling anything and we will advise on supporting it without pressure on the frame.

Can you supply several for a tournament?

Yes — matched sets with individual engraving are commissioned for tournaments, academies and sponsor programmes, with delivery staged to the event date.

Can I have it in rose gold or platinum?

Yes, and crystal or stone detailing can be added. Finish and detailing are agreed before the piece is made.

How should the gold finish be cleaned?

A soft dry cloth, nothing more. Avoid polishes, solvents and any abrasive cloth — particularly across the string bed, where the finish is at its most delicate.

How long does a commission take?

Each racket is produced on demand, so the timeline depends on the engraving and finish. If you are working to a presentation date, tell us at enquiry and we will confirm it before you pay.
