1. Custom Orders:
Due to the bespoke nature of our customized products, including those with 24K Gold, Rose Gold, Platinum finishes, simulated or VVS1 diamonds, gemstones, and personalized engravings, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders. All custom orders are final sale. We encourage our customers to carefully review their customization choices before confirming their order.
2. Non-Custom Items:
For non-customized products, you may return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, documentation, and certificates. Please note that a restocking fee of 45% may apply.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or repair at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos and a detailed description of the issue to expedite the process.
4. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was received damaged or defective.
