Customised Products

Customized Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Microsoft, and SHURE products are non-refundable, as these items are custom-made to order.

All devices such as iPhones, iPads, and other gold or customized phones purchased from us are covered under Leronza’s certified guarantee and not by the original brand’s warranty.

Customs Fees

Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate them. Customs policies differ from country to country, so it’s advisable to contact your local customs office for more information. Additionally, by ordering from Leronza, you are considered the importer of record and are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations in the country where the goods are being received.

Leronza are not connected with Apple Inc in any capacity, Apple smartphones are purchased independently and embellished by Leronza technicians.

Cancellations

Once an order has been made on the website, it constitutes a contract to provide or customise the required item/s or device/s, and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in USD and AED currencies.
