Conditions of Warranty Provided:

LERONZA offers a 2-year customization warranty and one year for the device from the date of receiving your order. The service center determines the feasibility of conducting  warranty repairs or replacements for the malfunctioning equipment only after  inspecting the item. You need to keep the warranty certificate/Invoice during the entire period of the item use. The warranty certificate/ Invoice with the detailed conditions of warranty service  and return policy is provided with every item.

The warranty service of the goods is performed in the authorized service center only.

The warranty period for the item’s components is:
  1. For electronic components (if any) – twelve months;
  2. For batteries (if any) – six months;
  3. For the outer dressing and body covering – thirty days;
  4. For cables, chargers (if any) – fourteen days.

Conditions That Void the Warranty:

  1. Liquid Damage: The device is not water-resistant due to the gold plating. Any signs of liquid damage will void the warranty.
  2. Physical Damage: The warranty will be voided if any physical damage is discovered, including damage to the device display/screen.
  3. Negligence and Misuse: Actions such as negligence, misuse, or overcharging can also void the warranty.
  4. Protection Foil Removal: Removing the protection foil from the device will immediately cancel the warranty.
  5. Mechanical Damage: The warranty does not cover external or internal mechanical damage, such as crushed contacts, cracks, signs of impact, fractures, or any damage incurred during improper use or transportation.
  6. Unauthorized Repairs: The warranty is void if unauthorized repairs have been performed by non-authorized technicians.
  7. Damage from Accidents: Any damage resulting from accidents, such as impacts (fire, moisture, dust, foreign objects, etc.), will void the warranty.
  8. Improper Electrical Connection: Damage caused by improper connection to the electrical grid, unstable line voltage, absence of grounding, or deviation from standard grounding will void the warranty.
  9. Virus Damage: Any evidence of damage caused by virus programs will void the warranty.
  10. Environmental Damage: Damage caused by moisture, dust, dirt, sweat, corrosive chemicals, or gases (e.g., gasoline, paint, alkalis, acids, mercury, cleaning agents, solvents, adhesive agents) will void the warranty.
  11. Electrical Damage: Evidence of electrical breakdowns, conductor burnouts, etc., will void the warranty.
  12. Software Alterations: The warranty is void if any alterations are made to the device’s software, including installing unlicensed software or updating the phone’s firmware through unofficial methods.
  13. Improper Cleaning: Use of chemically active liquids for cleaning or polishing the phone will void the warranty.

Additional Warranty Terms

  • Seller's Responsibility: If any of the above circumstances are discovered, the seller bears no responsibility for the item’s faults. Additionally, the seller is not accountable for the compatibility of the item with third-party programs, products, system configurations, or driver installations. The seller also does not assure compatibility of the item with the consumer’s hardware-firmware set.
  • Service Center Liability: The service center holds no responsibility for the storage of information on magnetic or other media, nor for any damage resulting from information loss. Should an unwarranted request be made to the service center, the consumer may incur charges for diagnostic assessments and for sending the item to the service center. An unwarranted request is defined as one made for the correction of faults that do not require replacement or repair of component parts, or in cases deemed non-warranty by the service center.

Warranty Claim Process

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer service using the provided phone numbers on the website.

  1. Courier Service: Courier service handles both the delivery for diagnostic purposes and the return of the item. Delivery is free only if the warranty is under warranty period.
  2. Warranty Certificate: Warranty repairs are accepted only with a properly filled warranty certificate. Non-functioning items must be sent to the service center with technical documentation.
  3. Repair Duration: The duration of warranty repairs depends on the severity of the item’s defect and may extend up to 45 calendar days from the date of delivery to the service center, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Important Notice:

PHONES ARE TECHNICALLY ADVANCED PRODUCTS AND THEREFORE ARE NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

Usage Guidelines

  • Water Resistance: The item is not waterproof. Water ingestion into the item is prohibited.
  • Cover/ case Usage: It is not permitted to use the item without a soft cover/ case. The use of hard, snug-fitting cases made of leather, suede, plastic, or synthetic fibers can reduce the lifespan of the phone’s gold plating.
